This document sets out the process for developing regional plans, in accordance with Alberta's Land-use Framework for managing public and private lands and natural resouces to acheive long term economic, environmental and social goals. It also provides guidance from Cabinet on consideration of multiple factors for these plans. Each plan will articulate desired outcomes for a region, reflecting provincial policies and objectives, as well as balancing regional and provicial considerations.--Document
