Doctoral thesis. Results of a study of the estimated frequency of use of 48 country foods queried for 120 native Canadian households near Wood Buffalo National Park for a one-year period, in order to document the household use of country foods, and to examine the nutrient intakes and health-related beliefs and preferences regarding selected country and store-bought foods of adult and adolescent natives.
