Abstract | The principal objective of this report is to use computer simulation tools and explore potential outcomes for various assumptions and input values using the ecosystem simulation model, FORECAST. Specifically, it makes projections with FORECAST of potential productivity, in terms of timber volume and site index, from existing soil and vegetation prescriptions (a key feature of teh LCCS; see above) and to compare FORECAST's projections against empirical estimates of productivity. |
