| Abstract | This report gives the first-year interim results of an ongoing project which will be completed in 1978. The project is one of a series to establish the baseline states of the terrestrial fauna in the AOSERP study area. The purpose of this project is to determine the population size of moose in the survey area with regard given to sex and age ratios and distribution according to habitat and seasonal climatic features. The changes in these characteristics will be monitored yearly. |
